MEET RHYTHM OF LIFE NUTRITION AND YOGA
I am Dr. Lori Porter a registered dietitian/nutritionist and registered yoga teacher. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my yoga teaching and practice, which is focused on helping students better connect to themselves and their surroundings.
As far as nutrition goes, I take an approach that is plant-based but includes quality, lean sources of protein in limited and appropriate amounts -- what some might call a Semi-vegetarian or Flexitarian approach.
