All About Rhythm of Life Nutrition and Yoga

I am Dr. Lori Porter a registered dietitian/nutritionist and registered yoga teacher. I first found yoga in 2014 and the physicality of the practice caught my interest right away! Based in the Chicagoland area, my intention as a professional Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) is to help students listen to their inner voice and find inspiration to step out of their comfort zone.

I use nutrition, yoga and encourage active living to help women make lifestyle changes to be the best version of themselves.   


As far as nutrition goes, I take an approach that is plant-based but includes quality, lean sources of protein in appropriate amounts. Balance and moderation is key.
