Meet Rhythm of Life Nutrition and Yoga

Welcome! Rhythm of Life Nutrition and Yoga is a health and wellness organization in the Chicagoland area combining a wealth of knowledge and experience in nutrition, health and wellness. As a registered dietitian/nutritionist and yoga teacher, I help midlife women manage menopause weight gain and related health issues through nutrition, yoga and active living. Since 2014, I’ve tapped into the world of yoga, and I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon.

As women, we experience new challenges with health as we age and need to adjust our lifestyle to accommodate this new "rhythm of life". Obesity, diabetes, heart disease and menopause often add to the complexity as we age. I offer nutrition and yoga workshops focused on these issues.
